For your return, please use our Return portal. If there are any problems with your shipment, we apologize.
In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please enclose a copy of the order as well as a description of the mistake or return explanation. For reimbursement, please enclose your bank or Paypal information with the return package.
This is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
For returns from Germany, you can request a free returns label via e-mail or telephone.
